HOW IT WORKS
Each suite is thoughtfully designed with wall-to-wall steps and burrows, multiple beds, toys and litter boxes. Every stay includes twice daily wellness checks, personalized care, and a serene, spa-like environment designed for feline peace of mind.
Food bowls
We offer a variety of durable metal, ceramic, glass and plastic bowls delivered on trays to help contain spills and keep the room clean.
water fountains
All suites feature a cordless, motion-activated water fountain that provides fresh, filtered water on demand.
Beds & Blankets
We offer a range of beds and blankets to ensure plenty of options for a cozy nap
Cubbies
All of your cat’s extra belongings will be stored in a separate, personal cubby near our kitchen for meal prep, all extra food and litter is returned at checkout.
MAID SERVICE
Cats will receive room service twice daily to clean their litter box, provide meals as directed, fresh water, and clean any spills. Additional play time and attention can be added on as desired.

Report cards with photos and videos are sent on a regular basis with updates.
WEBCAM
All Oasis and most Serenity suites feature a live webcam, allowing you to check in on your cat while they’re enjoying their stay.
Vitals
All guests have temperament, weight and temperature recorded at check in and throughout long stays. Each suite is thoughtfully designed with wall-to-wall steps and burrows, multiple beds, and enclosed litter boxes. Everything a cat needs for a perfect home away from home.
Pick-up/Drop-off
7 am and 6 pm Monday through Friday. 7-9 am and 4-6 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Staff may be available outside of normal hours for an additional fee.
Checkouts after 11 am are considered an additional night.
