HOW IT WORKS

  • Owners provide food and litter for comfort and familiarity.

  • Cats receive care and attention throughout the day.

Every stay includes daily wellness checks, personalized care, and a serene, spa-like environment designed for feline peace of mind.

What to PACK

Food

Enough of your cat’s regular food and treats for the duration of the stay with extra in case of emergencies.

Feeding schedule and amounts can be noted when booking through the customer portal or during drop-off.

House food will be provided at $5 a day if needed

Chef prepared gourmet treats are available for $5 per meal, making it an extra special treat!

Litter

You are required to bring your own litter so your cats can use what is familiar to them.

Two stainless steel litter boxes are provided in each suite, located inside a cabinet with a middle entrance and doors on either side.

Litter will be scooped twice daily and changed every 3 days.

House litter is $5 per lb. if not enough is provided for the duration of their stay.

Unopened or unused litter will be returned, and used litter will be disposed of after checkout.

Medication

Please remember to pack any prescription medication your cat will need during their stay. All medications must be clearly labeled, preferably in the original bottles, and prescribing veterinarian information provided in case any questions arise during their stay.

Purrvana’s Certified Veterinary Technicians are ready to help your cat in any way they need, ensuring your cat’s comfort and well-being.

Primary Veterinary contact information is required for booking a reservation.

$5 per day for medicine administration

carrier &harness

We request that all cats be dropped off inside their own carrier or secured by a harness until they reach their room.

Our triple door security ensures that cats can not escape, no matter how hard they may try.

Anything else?

It is best for a cat’s favorite belongings to be waiting for them when they get home after a trip. There is no need to overpack as we strive to provide everything a cat could dream of in the perfect suite.

We are happy to accommodate them within reason, keeping in mind the health and safety of our other guests. While we strive to ensure that all belongings are returned at the end of the stay, we cannot guarantee that all items will be returned in their original condition.

What is included

Food bowls

We offer a variety of durable metal, ceramic, glass and plastic bowls delivered on trays to help contain spills and keep the room clean.

water fountains

All suites feature a cordless, motion-activated water fountain that provides fresh, filtered water on demand.

Consumption is monitored to ensure cats are drinking enough.

Beds & Blankets

From fluffy and crinkly to cool and cardboard, we offer a range of lounge options for the most discerning felines to find a cozy spot for a cat nap.

All soft materials are washed with gentle detergent, and surfaces are disinfected with Rescue between guests.

MAID SERVICE

Cats will receive room service twice daily to clean their litter box, provide meals as directed, fresh water, and clean any spills.

Cubbies

All of your cat’s extra belongings will be stored in a separate, personal cubby outside of their room.

WEBCAM

All Oasis and most Serenity suites feature a live webcam, allowing you to check in on your cat while they’re enjoying their stay.
