Weight, temperature, and temperament are recorded at check-in and tracked throughout extended stays. Every guest enjoys daily wellness checks, enrichment playtime, and the calm of a cat-only environment.

All Oasis and most Serenity suites include live webcams accessible through our client portal, along with report cards and photos uploaded during their stay.
